How do I delete my account and data?+
Go to Settings → Security → Delete Account. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days, including PDFs and health markers. You can also email legal@ailabresult.com to request an immediate deletion.
My PDF upload failed — what should I check?+
Ensure the file is a genuine PDF (not a scanned image saved as PDF), is under 50 MB, and has selectable text or clear print quality. If problems persist, try reducing the PDF quality or splitting it into smaller files.
Can I export my blood test data?+
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Reports and choose PDF or Excel export. You can export individual tests or all tests at once. Data export is available on Personal and Professional plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period. No penalties or fees.
Is my health data shared with anyone?+
No. Your blood test data is never sold or shared with third parties. It is only used to power the AI analysis within the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Why are some of my markers not detected?+
Our AI supports 100+ common markers. Unusual abbreviations, handwritten values, or low-quality scans may not be detected. You can manually add missing markers from the scan editor page.
How accurate is the AI analysis?+
The AI uses clinical reference ranges and is designed to help you understand your results — it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always discuss results with your doctor.
Can I use AI Lab Result for my patients?+
Yes, our Professional plan is built for healthcare providers. It includes patient management, bulk uploads, white-label PDF reports, and HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
