Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Lab Result ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

AI Lab Result is a health data management platform that allows users to upload blood test PDF documents, extract health markers using AI, track trends over time, and generate insights. The Service is intended for personal health tracking and professional clinical use. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

IMPORTANT: AI Lab Result is a health information tool only. It does not provide medical advice. The AI-generated insights, health scores, and marker analyses provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a basis for medical decisions without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in this application.

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not use another person's account without permission.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

Free trials: Personal plan includes a 7-day free trial. Professional plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Trials are available once per user.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload content that you do not have the right to upload; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; upload malicious files or code; use the Service to process data for persons under 16 years of age without verified parental consent; or resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Lab Result and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your blood test data remains your property. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOODTEST TRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
